Rebuilt Records is a nonprofit recording company based in Athens, GA. What makes Rebuilt different from the model traditionally used by record labels is our focus on the artist as a whole person. In general, many record labels treat their artists more like commodities than musicians, meaning that the artist is only worthwhile as long as he/she is generating income for the label. All too often the result is that the art and the artist come second to the business at hand. Rebuilt was created out of the desire to provide the independent artist with an alternative to the commerce-based music industry - a way to produce and perform music with the support of a label that genuinely wants to see the artist succeed. It is what a record label could and should be - a home. In short, our mission is to record, promote, and develop artists of unique message, willful purpose, and spiritual maturity through programs and products that are spiritually significant, artistically excellent, and culturally relevant.
